Where is my yarn?
Because of the high volume of orders received each week, additional shipping costs incurred by placing multiple orders cannot be refunded.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, with tracking.
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of purchase; however, please note that for administrative purposes your shipping label may be printed an unspecified amount of time prior to actually shipping. Once an update begins to ship it may take up to 4 business days for all packages to leave headquarters.
For pre orders or custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment.
For all orders, you will receive an email notification as soon as your shipping label is created, along with a tracking number.
Tracking information for your package may take 1-3 days to appear on the USPS web site. I cannot control how quickly the USPS checks in packages and processes them. International shipments cannot be tracked by USPS after they have left the US.
Once a package is collected by the post office, delivery time is completely out of my control. If a package seems to have gone missing, please notify your local post office and allow at least 10 business days before contacting me. Chances are your package is just delayed. If you still haven't received your order by then, let me know and we'll work something out.
