Terms & Conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will happily issue a refund or accept an exchange under the following conditions:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days from postmark. Return shipping costs may apply.
- Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped or the incorrect item exchanged at no extra cost.
- Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball may not be returned.
- Returned items must be shipped back in resalable condition.
- A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.
- Refunds are issued after your return is received in office.
All subscription clubs, "Mystery Bundles", "Mystery Skeins", Limited Edition, collaborations, and discounted yarn may not be exchanged or refunded. These items are final sale.
If You Have Placed Multiple Orders (PLEASE READ):
I receive a high volume of orders received each week - additional shipping costs incurred by placing multiple orders cannot be refunded.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, with tracking.
Orders generally ship within 3 - 5 business days of purchase.
For pre orders or custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment.
For all orders, you will receive an email notification as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship, along with a tracking number.
Tracking information for your package may take 1-3 days to appear on the USPS web site. I cannot control how quickly the USPS checks in packages and processes them. International shipments cannot be tracked by USPS after they have left the US.
Once a package is collected by the post office, delivery time is completely out of my control. If a package seems to have gone missing, please notify your local post office and allow at least 14 days before contacting me. Chances are your package is just delayed. If you still haven't received your order by then, let me know and we'll work something out.

Please do not message me regarding orders or business inquiries via Ravelry, Instagram, or any other social media avenues. Facebook notifications are horrible, and they most likely will be missed.
I reply to order / business inquiries via email, within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
If contacting me over the weekend or holiday, please allow for the next business day for a response.
